hi sarah just a quick update on venus she is doing great shes just had her last jab this monday and she starts ring craft training tonight i have sent you pictures of her not sure if your getting them or my emails think my email site is playing up i was hoping the show lead i orderd for her would have been here today but it hasnt so i will just have to make do with a normall lead for this week venus's personality is getting more outgoing everyday and her colour is changing i think shes gonna be more mistys colour but time will tell

Hi Sarah, Just a note to say how great “Yoshi” is and how happy we are to have him in our “pack”. What at a charmer he has turned out to be and how big he is getting in just a week we can see the changes in him. Everyone who visits has fallen in love with him. He has perfect markings on his face and a “butter wouldn’t melt” expression. He is settling in with the old Staffordshire bull terrier and the old Persian and is learning his place in the “pack”. Yoshi is a bundle of energy that is made 100% better with his well rounded temperament, a testament to the good breeding at Rokushii Akita. We have been following a strict socialisation and training regime which started right out of the whelping box with Sarah and the family. There is no doubt that this breed has a strong will but when you start off with a little chap that has such a good temperament you have a strong foundation for success in gaining an all round sociable, well behaved and fun loving dog. For those thinking of getting an Akita, they are the most wonderful dogs and Rokushii Akita's are particularly good examples of a very noble breed. Take note as a seasoned dog owner, an Akita is not the dog for a 1st time dog owner. An Akita has a mind of their own (in a good way) and need a firm hand (not violent) and plenty of stimulation. Whilst our little fellow is laid back he will participate if he feels like it and we have a few weeks of patience and partnership building ahead. However he does seem to learning very quickly. So if you are thinking of an Akita puppy look no further than Rokushii Akita's, speak to Sarah (she tells the truth warts and all) and get ready for a fantastic Akita that will turn your life upside down. Great new site Sarah! Our Kali is doing very well, piling on the pounds and looks more like her daddy every day! We are so pleased with her, she's really fitting in well with our routines now, even at 10 weeks old. Bags of personality too! Last lot of jabs tomorrow and then it's out in the big wide world in a week or two. So glad we found you and Misty and we'll send some more piccies soon! Lots of love Julie and Lee x
